At Tinted Glow Studio LLC, we respect your time and appreciate your business. To ensure we provide the best service to all clients, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy in place: 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to reschedule, you may do so by texting us as soon as possible to secure a new appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, which will be charged to the card on file. No-Show, Late Cancellation & Repeated Cancellations • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice): A fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file and may be required to prepay for future appointments. • If you accumulate three no-shows or last-minute cancellations without rescheduling, we will no longer be able to book future appointments with you. Late Arrivals We understand that things happen, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If you anticipate being late, please text us as soon as possible to see if accommodations can be made. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Tinted Glow Studio LLC. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
